Dyess AFB, TX 79607-1581 SUBJECT: Answers to Questions submitted in response to Sol F1R3705295AW01

1. The following are responses to questions received concerning the subject solicitation for Mold Removal in Bldg 7008:

a. Question: Are we responsible for the cleaning and remediating the structure after the contents are removed?

b. Answer: No, this requirement is for removal/disposal of the molded items only.

c. Question: What needs to be done to the HVAC system?

d. Answer: This requirement is only for removal of the molded items. No HVAC work is required.

e. Question: If the structure needs to be cleaned and remediated, what is the size of Lodging Section of Building 7008?

f. Answer: This requirement is not for cleaning or remediation. This solicitation is for the removal of molded items listed in Attachment 2 of the RFQ only.

2. No further questions are being accepted at this time. Quotes in response to this solicitation are due 20 November 2015 at 4:00 PM CST. Quotes can be emailed to Attn: Lt Megan VanHorn at megan.vanhorn.1@us.af.mil or TSgt Bobby Green at bobby.green.3@us.af.mil.
