F18 EXPO Market Basket - SPRPA1-26-R-UL01 - 608 NIINs.xlsx

This file is a market basket spreadsheet containing 608 National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) designated for the F/A-18 EXPO Level Support procurement under the Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract SPRPA1-26-R-UL01. The spreadsheet lists specific item codes that represent consumable materials and spare parts required to support the F/A-18 aircraft fleet. These NIINs span a broad range of aviation supply items, with identifiers ranging from 014545091 to 017295433, and will be added to the existing BCOI contract to fulfill DoD and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer requisitions.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation at Philadelphia anticipates procuring this requirement from Boeing under FAR 6.302-1 authority, leveraging Boeing's technical capability as the F/A-18 A-G Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor will be required to meet supply chain performance-based metrics for material availability and Depot Fill Rate across approximately 9,000 total NSNs for the F/A-18 platform. The support encompasses logistics management, wholesale supply support, depot-level consumable support, material management, engineering support, sustainment elements, packaging, storage, reliability improvements, and field engineering support. This effort addresses obsolescence and diminished vendor availability issues resulting from the age of the weapon system, with this specific market basket consisting solely of consumable items to be integrated into the existing performance-based support contract.
