STATEMENT OF WORK

Washington Fish and Wildlife Office

VMWare Support

1. GENERAL: The USFWS has a requirement for the annual maintenance and support for WA FWO’s (and integrated downstream offices) VMware and Tivoli Multi office Cloud and Disaster Recovery environment.

2. SCOPE:

2.1. VMware: Vendor will provide Senior Level Engineer software support when needed, Level III Engineer support and any version upgrades to the software during the maintenance period of this contract. Vendor will also be required to have documented working knowledge of HCI environment including Data Core and Dell Nutanix in regards to PATHs from VM hosts to storage.

2.2. Tivoli: Vendor will provide Senior Level Engineer software support when needed, Level III Engineer support and any version upgrades to the software during the maintenance period of this contract. Vendor will also be required to have documented working knowledge of Enterprise SQL Server as it pertains to the snapshot DBs across the State FOs.

3. PLACE/DELIVERY AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor shall support systems located at the Spokane Field Office, Wenatchee Field Office and Lacey Field Office.

Period of Performance shall be from purchase order award through 30 September 2017.

4. EVALUATION AND ACCEPTANCE: All work included in these specifications shall be subject to inspections by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at periodic intervals during performance of this contract. Final acceptance shall be based upon satisfactory completion of the work in accordance with the specifications on a task by task basis.

5. AVAILABILITY: Normal FWS duty hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST). In the event of emergencies, the vendor shall provide contact information. FWS non-duty hours include weeknights, weekends and Government holidays.
