Quantities listed above are ESTIMATED and to be used as general idea of what would be normally anticipated in each of the areas described above. The intent is to award a contract for a FIRM FIXED PRICE TOTAL LUMP SUM to perform all of the required work for each item.

The contractor is responsible for verifying all quantities as they do their takeoff and proposal for each item.

The intent of the awarded contract will be to perform each item for the extended total lump sum amount and not intended to be a contract that all quantities are tracked and paid for by each unit of measure or unit price.

BUDGET: In the event the Grand total cost exceeds the budget and additional funding is not obtained, the items are listed in order of priority in which they will be awarded. This process could change the successful bidder: e.g. If all proposals exceed the total amount budgeted for this project; Item number 11 as proposed by each offeror will be subtracted from all offerors proposals and the new total will be evaluated to determine the lowest proposal. This process will be followed until we have a low offeror within the authorized budget.

NOTE: Offerors shall bid on all items. Incomplete offers will not be considered.

Items are listed in order of priority in which they will be awarded.
