About this file

This is an Extension of Award Notice issued by the SC Department of Transportation (SCDOT) Procurement Office regarding solicitation 5400019258 for street sweepers. The notice, posted on July 29, 2020, indicates that additional time is necessary to complete the procurement process, and accordingly, the award posting date has been extended indefinitely. The SCDOT will provide prior notice to all offerors before posting the actual award notice through a Notice of Revised Award Posting Date, which will be issued at least three business days in advance of the actual award posting. This notice will be posted at the designated location for award notices and will be emailed to each offeror at their registered vendor email address.

No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding information is detailed in this extension notice. The document serves solely to notify vendors of the delay in the award timeline and the procedures by which revised posting dates will be communicated. Procurement Officer Jeffery C. Schwalk is identified as the responsible official for this solicitation.
