About this file
This file is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) document related to Job Order Contracts for Federally Funded Projects issued by the City and County of San Francisco. The solicitation encompasses two separate contracts: Contract No. 1331 (JOC20) and Contract No. 1332 (JOC21), both designed to provide job order contracting services for federally funded construction and related projects. The IFB establishes the framework for competitive bidding, with detailed bid documents available exclusively to registered bidders and vendors through the procurement system. Bids will not be accepted through the City and County of San Francisco's Supplier Portal website, and interested parties must register as bidders or vendors to access the complete bid documents and submission instructions.
The solicitation emphasizes that all prospective bidders must follow specific procedures outlined in the attached IFB for obtaining documentation and submitting proposals. The contracts are structured to support federal funding mechanisms, indicating that projects awarded under these job order contracts will utilize federal dollars. Additional details regarding pricing structures, evaluation criteria, contract terms, performance requirements, and specific submission deadlines are contained within the complete IFB documentation that is made available only to registered vendors.
