The procurement is for a 3-year term, with a posted date of 3/31/2025 and a last day for receipt of information of 4/21/2025. The software will be used by the Department's Office of Information Technology and County Health Departments for patient registration, scheduling, billing, financial eligibility, care coordination, lab results, and immunization record management.
The total estimated dollar amount for this single-source acquisition is $3,360,165.00. The justification for the single-source purchase is that InterSystems Corporation is the sole manufacturer and seller of the IRIS for Health Enterprise software, and the Department is currently utilizing this system, making it in the best interest of the state to maintain continuity of services. The procurement follows Chapter 60A-l.045 of the Florida Administrative Code, with the purchase being approved by Allegra Small, Purchasing Director. Prospective vendors are invited to provide information about their ability to supply similar commodities or services, though the document indicates a strong preference for the incumbent vendor.
