This document is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) issued by the Florida Department of Health (DOH), specifically the Miami-Dade County Health Department's HIV/AIDS Program. The procurement seeks to engage the Behavioral Science Research Corporation (BSR) for a one-year Clinical Quality Management program, mandated by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act of 2006. The solicitation was posted on May 6, 2025, with responses due by May 28, 2025, and covers temporary research and development services classified under NSPSC code 80111621. BSR will provide comprehensive support to the Miami-Dade HIV/AIDS Partnership, including coordinating meeting logistics, preparing agendas, managing public notifications, and supporting committee leadership.

The procurement follows Chapter 60A-1.045 of the Florida Administrative Code and aims to ensure quality and effectiveness of HIV/AIDS services by assessing alignment with the latest Public Health Service guidelines and developing strategies to improve service access and quality.
