About this file
This is an event schedule document for Camping World Stadium, prepared by the City of Orlando in support of a turn-key LED display upgrade solicitation. The schedule outlines the stadium's event calendar, which serves as critical planning information for the contractor undertaking the LED display installation project. The document establishes the operational timeline and event frequency at the venue, informing the contractor of scheduling constraints and installation windows. The RFP for the LED display upgrades requires proposals by July 9, 2026, and the event schedule is provided as Exhibit 3 to enable proposers to understand the stadium's usage patterns and plan installation activities accordingly. The scope includes manufacturing, supply, delivery, and installation of a complete integrated LED video display system featuring a primary south end zone display, rear south end zone display, north end zone displays, sideline ribbon displays, and a north end zone ribbon display, along with stated alternates.
The City of Orlando engaged consultant Anthony James Partners to develop the technical scope, specifications, and conceptual renderings supporting this procurement. The contractor assumes full responsibility for all materials, equipment, engineering, supervision, licenses, insurance, permits, tools, and labor necessary to deliver finished, fully operational systems. No specific contract value, contract term, evaluation criteria, set-asides, preferences, incumbent contractor information, pre-bid meeting date, site visit requirements, or question submission deadline is identified in the available source material. Addendum #1 (Revision) was posted on June 12, 2026, indicating potential modifications to the original RFP documents.
