About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) template and instructions for its completion. The CDRL requires the submission of technical data related to a research and development contract for high performance computing services.
The CDRL calls for the delivery of one data item to the Department of the Navy. The contractor must submit performance reports on a monthly basis from the start of the contract through completion. Reports are due by the 14th of each month and must be marked with the appropriate distribution statement. A total of three copies must be provided - one draft copy for review and two final copies for the government record.
The instructions provide guidance on completing each field of the CDRL form, including the data item number, title, required format, and delivery details. It also outlines the different price groups for estimating the cost of preparing technical data and notes that the government's rights to submitted data will be governed by the contract terms.
