About this file

This document is an AbilityOne certification form required for a lease solicitation issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 10. The solicitation is for custodial services listed on the AbilityOne Procurement List, which means the services must be procured from a qualified nonprofit agency designated by the AbilityOne Commission if such an agency is ready and able to provide the services. If no qualified nonprofit agency can provide the services, the offeror must complete the certification form included and submit it with their proposal, explaining why the services are unavailable from an AbilityOne provider. The certification form requires the offeror to provide the date, method, and person contacted at AbilityOne to determine if the custodial services were available.
