About this file
This document is an exhibit template titled "Exhibit H - Miscellaneous" designed to accommodate additional exhibits not already included in a standard government contract exhibit package. The exhibit serves as a placeholder or organizational tool for supplementary documentation that may be necessary for a particular solicitation. If only one additional exhibit is required, it may be added directly to this document with an appropriate sub-header describing its content. The document provides formatting instructions to maintain consistency and organization within the contract file structure.
For situations requiring multiple additional exhibits beyond the standard package, the instructions direct the creation of a new electronic folder to replace this document. All supplementary exhibits should be numbered sequentially using the scheme "Exhibit H.1," "Exhibit H.2," "Exhibit H.3," and so forth, with descriptive titles for each. All exhibit documents must be submitted in PDF format unless otherwise authorized by a supervising official. This template ensures flexibility in contract documentation while maintaining standardized organizational protocols across government solicitations.
