About this file
Exhibit H is an Anti-Collusion Affidavit associated with the City & County of Denver's Child Nutrition Programs contract opportunity. The document is a standard legal form designed to ensure fair and ethical bidding practices, requiring the authorized bidder to swear under oath that they have not engaged in any collusive activities that would restrain free market competition, such as agreeing to fixed pricing or coordinating bid strategies with other potential vendors.
The affidavit specifically requires the bidder to affirm they have not conspired with other bidders to manipulate bid prices, have not colluded with state officials or employees regarding contract terms, and have not offered any monetary or valuable considerations to procure special treatment in the contract award process. By signing and having the document notarized, the bidder legally attests to their commitment to transparent and competitive bidding practices in the procurement process for the Denver Child Nutrition Programs contract.
