About this file
This document is Exhibit D - Cost Proposal & Rates, which appears to be a pricing addendum for a district contract. The document outlines the billing and markup structure for change orders and time and materials work, providing specific guidelines for reimbursable expenses and labor rates.
The cost proposal details markup percentages for direct expenses, subcontract invoices, and materials, all set at 10% above cost. Labor billing rates are comprehensive, including wages, payroll taxes, insurance, employee benefits, small tools, consumables, overhead, and profit. The document includes a template for a lump sum contract cost, with spaces for the contractor to specify the total contract value. The rates are intended to be used for change orders and authorized time and materials work, providing a transparent and standardized approach to billing and cost recovery for the contracted services.
