About this file
The document is a Pricing Proposal (Exhibit C) for Invitation for Bid (IFB-604758-24) issued by Seminole County, Florida, for Aquatic Plant Materials and Installation. The solicitation seeks multiple contractors to provide comprehensive aquatic plant and tree materials for various project needs, with an extensive list of 55 plant species and 43 tree species across different container sizes (bare root, 1-gallon, 3-gallon, 7-gallon, 10-gallon, and miscellaneous sizes). The pricing proposal requires vendors to complete cost entries for each plant and tree type, including separate installation costs, with the intention of establishing a contract for supplying native Florida aquatic and wetland vegetation.
The pricing proposal covers a wide range of native Florida plant species, including aquatic plants like Pickerelweed, Water Lily, and Sawgrass, and trees such as Bald Cypress, Southern Magnolia, and various Oak species. The document indicates that pricing must include all associated costs, including administrative overhead, fringe benefits, profit, documentation, transportation, indirect costs, and insurance. While specific contract duration, total budget, and award dates are not explicitly stated in the document, the comprehensive plant list suggests a robust ecological restoration or landscaping project focused on native Florida plant materials for Seminole County's environmental or infrastructure initiatives.
