About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) form DD 1423-1 for Serial Number Reporting Requirements (SNRR) related to Logistics Product Data Summaries. The document outlines the requirements for contractors to submit serial number reporting information to the Army Materiel Command (AMCOM).

Key requirements include submitting serial number reports within two business days after Government QA acceptance via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Contractors must use the SNRR module on the TAMMS-A/MCDS web portal for initial serial number requests and approvals. The Requiring Office (AMAM-OPL) will verify final accounting of all serial numbers issued against the contract/delivery order within 5 working days, and contractors must correct any discrepancies within 10 working days. The document specifies distribution requirements of one final copy to AMAM-OPL and provides contact information for the requiring office at usarmy.redstone.amcom.mbx.g3m-snrr@army.mil. The CDRL was approved on March 28, 2023.
