About this file
Exhibit B Price Proposal Form Summary
This is a Price Proposal Form for the Duress Alarm Upgrades and Services contract opportunity in Colorado. The form serves as the primary pricing document for prospective bidders to submit their financial proposals in response to the state's solicitation for duress alarm system upgrades and related services. The form provides a structured template for vendors to detail their pricing across specified line items, service categories, and deliverables associated with the duress alarm upgrade project. Bidders are required to complete all applicable sections of the pricing form, including unit costs, total costs, and any ancillary service fees, to ensure complete and comparable proposals for evaluation by the state procurement team.
The Price Proposal Form establishes the format and requirements for how bidders must present their financial offers, including itemization of labor, equipment, materials, installation, and ongoing service costs related to the duress alarm system upgrades. All pricing submissions must be completed using this standardized form to maintain consistency across proposals and facilitate objective cost analysis during the bid evaluation process. The form ensures that all vendors competing for the contract opportunity present their pricing information in a uniform manner, allowing the state to conduct accurate price comparisons and determine the most cost-effective solution for the duress alarm upgrade and services project.
