About this file
This is a Price Proposal Form for a Duress Alarm Upgrades and Services contract opportunity in Colorado. The project involves the procurement of Personal Duress Alarms equipment, installation, monitoring, and maintenance services utilizing Actall's ATLAS system technology. The required equipment includes one Hubsens Locating Appliance (Item #60351) standard version server with integrated software and licensing, 300 ATLAS Heavy Duty Transmitters (LoRa), 152 ceiling-mounted ATLAS LoRa Locators, 12 outdoor-mounted ATLAS LoRa Locators with enclosures, one low-profile ceiling-mounted ATLAS LoRa Locator, and 23 ATLAS Gateways with Power Over Ethernet capability. Project services include initial design, software and device programming, integration support, initial survey, Level 3 installation inspections, certification, end user training, and all associated travel costs.
The price proposal structure comprises three main sections: equipment costs, installation costs, and monitoring and maintenance services. Section 1 requires vendors to obtain equipment costs from Actall and submit individual unit prices for each item listed. Section 2 addresses installation costs including necessary cabling, conduit, network infrastructure, and a one-year installation and manufacturer warranty. Section 3 establishes monitoring and maintenance pricing for a base year plus four optional renewal years, with pricing structures for monthly monitoring services per alarm, monthly maintenance services per alarm, hourly service call rates (differentiated between business hours and after-hours), and hourly rates for alarm removal, reinstallation, and relocation services. Bidders must complete Actall-ATLAS training prior to installation and conduct Level 1/Level 2 testing before scheduling Actall for Level 3 inspection and final project commissioning.
