About this file
This document is an Exhibit B Payment Provisions file for a Voluntary Critical Illness Plan Request for Proposal (RFP Number 25-05) issued by a state or local court system. The exhibit outlines the compensation, expense, invoicing, and payment terms for a contractor providing services related to a critical illness insurance plan.
The payment provisions specify that the court will compensate the contractor for performed services, with no responsibility for contractor expenses. Invoicing requires a detailed, original invoice submitted to AP@sb-court.org, which must include specific information such as agreement number, contractor details, nature of charges, and total invoiced amount. The court aims to process payments within 30 days of invoice approval and reserves the right to withhold payment if the contractor fails to meet agreement terms. The invoice must provide sufficient detail to allow the court to evaluate the work performed, including hours worked and applicable rates if relevant.
