About this file

Exhibit B is a Special Insurance Requirements document from the Town's Risk Department for a painting services contract in North Carolina. The document outlines potential additional insurance coverage requirements that may be necessary depending on the special risks or hazards associated with the project. The potential additional insurance coverages include Professional Liability Insurance, ADA Plan Compliance, Abuse/Molestation coverage, Builder's Risk Insurance, Commercial General Liability (Levels 2 and 3), Contractor's Pollution Liability, Cyber Liability Insurance, Environmental Health and Safety Plan, Traffic Control Plan, and Umbrella Liability Policies (Levels 1 and 2).

The document provides a flexible framework for insurance requirements, allowing the Town's Risk Department to determine the specific additional insurance needed based on the project's unique characteristics. While the actual minimum coverage amounts are left blank in this exhibit, the comprehensive list of potential insurance requirements suggests a thorough approach to risk management for the painting and drywall repair services contract. The document indicates that the Town is prepared to require specialized insurance coverage to protect its interests and mitigate potential risks associated with the contracted services.
