About this file
This document is a Public Works Rate Sheet (Exhibit B-1) for vinyl flooring removal, disposal, installation, and repair services issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) under Bid Number C5613080-D. The rate sheet provides estimated quantities for various service categories, including installation of vinyl Corlon with welded seams (500 square yards for full cove, 3000 square yards for flat lay), demolition and disposal of existing flooring (3000 square yards), and daily repair services (30 non-emergency days and 10 emergency days). Bidders are required to complete all highlighted cells in the Excel version of the document and must bid on each item.
The total agreement amount is structured with a materials budget of $30,000 for the contract term, with pricing to include all travel, fees, and taxes. The bid includes provisions for California company preferences, with specific qualification criteria for bidders. Contractors must disclose subcontractors performing work exceeding 0.5% of the total bid and can offer a discount of at least 1% (minimum $50) for invoices paid within 30 days. In the event of a tied bid, the lowest responsible bid with the highest discount will prevail, with a public coin toss as a final tiebreaker if discounts are also equal.

| Any quantities listed on Exhibit B-1 are CDCR's estimates only and are offered as a basis for comparison of bids. The State does not expressly or by implication agree that the actual amount of work will correspond therewith and reserves the right to omit portions of the work as may be deemed necessary or advisable by the State. |
