About this file
This is a Rate Sheet (Exhibit B-1) for Water and Wastewater Sampling and Analysis Services issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) for Bid Number C5613071-D, Rebid 4, covering services at Pelican Bay State Prison (PBSP). The contract encompasses field service and sample collection, courier service and sample transport, transport materials, emergency services, and comprehensive analytical services including wastewater testing (weekly, quarterly, and annually), groundwater well testing, sludge analysis, hay crop testing, and soil analysis. The estimated quantities for services are provided as the State's basis for bid comparison only, with the State reserving the right to increase or omit portions of work as deemed necessary. Bidders must complete all highlighted cells in the Excel version of the rate sheet and provide rates for every line item, with blank cells potentially resulting in bid rejection and zero dollar amounts interpreted as services provided at no cost to the State.
Compensation shall be provided monthly in arrears based on the service rates specified, encompassing all labor, per diem, travel, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, shipping, and training. Each location's basis of award includes a 25 percent line item for as-needed, unforeseeable services payable at the applicable service rates. Bidders may offer an early payment discount of at least one percent of the invoice amount with a minimum of $50.00 if invoices are paid within thirty days of receipt, with the highest discount prevailing in tie bid situations. All prices must be bid in U.S. currency, printed in ink or typewritten, and all quantities and service rates are estimated for the entire term of the agreement.
