About this file
This document is an Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet for a facility rental contract for Physical Fitness Testing (PFT) issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) through Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number C5612877-D. The contract covers a three-year term from September 1, 2025 (or upon approval) through June 30, 2028, with potential extensions for up to two additional one-year terms. The solicitation estimates twelve PFT testing days per year at an unspecified location, with options for four additional weekend days and two days for unanticipated testing, totaling 18 PFT days annually.
The rate sheet provides a framework for bidding, with the total agreement value to be determined by bidders filling in the per-day rates. The CDCR will award the contract based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the option to extend the agreement contingent upon contractor performance and fund availability. The contract extension is at the sole discretion of the CDCR, Office of Procurement and Support Services (OPOS), with potential amendments to add additional contract years. The specific facility location is noted as "TBD" (to be determined), indicating flexibility in site selection for the physical fitness testing services.
