About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for Logistics Product Data Summaries with a specific focus on Serial Number Reporting Requirement (SNRR). The CDRL is issued by the U.S. Army AMCOM (Aviation and Missile Command) with data item number A001, authority DI-SESS-81759A, and references the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor is required to submit serial number shipping reports electronically within two business days after Government Quality Assurance (QA) acceptance, either through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) or by email. The Requiring Office (AMAM-OPL) will verify final accounting of all serial numbers, with provisions for identifying and correcting any discrepancies within specified timeframes. Initial serial number requests for issue/approval must be submitted through the TAMMS-A/MCDS web portal, with alternative submission methods outlined if the web portal is unavailable.
