The ultrasound specialist must be licensed in California, credentialed through ARDMS, current with CME requirements, and will utilize the facility's ultrasound equipment. The contract includes provisions for standard clinic scheduling and urgent STAT ultrasound services, with the contractor required to respond within 30 minutes of notification for emergency studies and provide preliminary reports within one hour.

The contractor must maintain malpractice insurance and provide copies of all required licenses and certifications, which must remain valid throughout the contract term. For specialized studies like echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds, a cardiologist interpretation is required and must be delivered within 48 hours, with the cardiologist needing prior credentialing through PDC's committee. The project representatives include the Medical Director, a Senior Registered Nurse, and a Senior Radiologic Technologist, with contact information provided for coordination. The scope emphasizes responsiveness, professional credentials, and timely reporting of medical imaging services for the developmental center's patients.
