About this file
This is a Scope of Work exhibit from Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) detailing ultrasound services requirements under contract PR169010. The scope covers various ultrasound examinations including echocardiograms, vascular, carotid, and general ultrasound services (including trans-vaginal and trans-rectal when physician-ordered) for PDC's GTA and STP clients. The contractor must provide STAT ultrasound services with a 30-minute response time when called, and provide reports within two hours for STAT cases. The contractor must provide at least three hours notice for any schedule changes, particularly for cases requiring client sedation.
The contractor is required to use PDC's equipment for general ultrasounds, while using their own equipment for echocardiograms, vascular, and carotid ultrasounds. All ultrasound costs must include interpretation services. The contractor must maintain valid licenses, permits, and certifications throughout the contract term, with updated documentation provided to PDC prior to expiration. Project representatives include Dr. Mendoza (Medical Director) and Randy Morris (Senior R.T.) from PDC. No specific pricing terms or contract duration are mentioned in the document.
