About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) in Florida for event, group, and team photography services. The contract covers photography at district-approved events including school ceremonies, academic competitions, performing arts productions, athletic events, and community functions. The photographer will also provide coverage for organized groups such as clubs, faculty teams, and administrative groups, as well as varsity, JV, and middle school sports teams, cheerleading squads, dance teams, and competitive academic teams. The scope explicitly excludes individual student portraits, classroom group portraits for yearbooks, and any photography intended for portrait package sales, as these services are covered under separate yearbook or portrait contracts.

All vendors selected for award must execute a Data Protection Agreement (DPA) prior to commencing work as a condition of contract eligibility, which will govern data privacy, handling, storage, access, retention, and security obligations for images and personal data collected during service delivery. The photographer must comply with SCPS policies regarding student privacy and FERPA requirements, school safety and visitor protocols, and professional conduct and dress standards. The document does not specify pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, funding sources, or award dates.
