About this file
This Scope of Work document outlines oxygen delivery and rental services required by the Idaho State Veterans Home - Post Falls, a state facility located at 590 S. Pleasant View Road in Post Falls, Idaho. The primary services include bulk liquid oxygen delivery to a 1,500-gallon tank owned by the facility on a recurring Monday and Friday schedule with flexible additional deliveries as mutually agreed. The contractor must supply cylinder swaps for 6x6 high-pressure double-sided oxygen reserve manifold tanks on an as-needed basis and maintain approximately 70 E-size compressed oxygen tank rentals per month and 8 H-size tank rentals per month, with the ability to adjust quantities based on facility needs. All tanks must include strapped carrying devices, and the contractor must provide tank racks for storage. The contractor is responsible for completing annual certifications and inspections of both the 1,500-gallon tank and 6x6 manifold tanks in compliance with NFPA 99 Chapter 11 standards, with initial inspections due within two weeks of contract start and annually thereafter. Annual certification of sixty-four oxygen ports in resident rooms is also required. The contractor must integrate with a telemetry system to monitor oxygen levels and ensure deliveries within two to four business days of reorder point notification.
The document specifies that all oxygen must be USP Grade, and the contractor is responsible for ensuring fill neck compatibility with the facility's equipment. The facility's maintenance foreman, Scott Clark, serves as the site contact, and the Home Administrator is Amber Goodchild. Tank exchange services for empty E-size and H-size cylinders must be maintained to ensure continuous supply availability. A mutually agreed-upon delivery and pickup schedule for tank exchanges will be established between the winning bidder and the facility following contract award. The scope does not include pricing terms, set-aside information, incumbent details, or specific contract duration and renewal options in this document excerpt.
