About this file

This is a remuneration cost requirements exhibit for the City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Human Resources & Civil Service, detailing compensation structures for Civil Service Physician and Medical Review Officer services. The document establishes the cost framework and fee schedules that qualified firms must follow when providing physician and MRO services to the city. The exhibit specifies the billing rates, compensation models, and financial terms applicable to the contract performance, ensuring transparency in how service providers will be remunerated for delivering medical evaluations, examinations, and review officer duties required by the city's civil service operations.

The cost requirements document outlines the approved payment structures, fee caps, and reimbursement methodologies that bidders must adhere to in their proposals. This exhibit serves as the binding financial framework for the contract, establishing maximum allowable costs and compensation schedules for various medical services and administrative functions. By detailing the remuneration requirements upfront, the city ensures cost predictability, prevents excessive billing, and allows potential bidders to accurately calculate their proposal costs based on standardized, pre-approved fee structures established by the municipality.
