About this file

This document is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), dated February 6, 2024, prepared by Kenny Daniel and approved by Mark Babb for the requiring office JMPB-MMQ.

The CDRL specifies a single data item (A002) requiring submission of Certified Material Reports in the form of Material Certification and Certificate of Analysis documentation. The deliverable supports the setback pin, M82 system/item and is referenced in Section E of the contract. Submission is required with the first shipment, with the frequency designated as "FAT, each lot," and distribution to the Government Quality Assurance Representative. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) signed by an authorized representative that addresses compliance with all applicable material specifications, identifying the material type, grade, size, revision, amendment dates, and test methods. Additionally, a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must accompany each lot of each shipment to verify that proper materials were used in construction and assembly per specification requirements. These documents are in addition to other contract requirements and do not reduce the Government's inspection rights. Contact for this requirement is Kenneth G. Daniel at kenneth.g.daniel2.civ@army.mil. The document includes standard instructions for completing the form and burden statement information (OMB No. 0704-0188).
