About this file
This document package includes a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a related federal contract opportunity. The CDRL outlines reporting requirements for a contractor providing 5.56mm marking cartridges under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with the U.S. Army. Data to be reported monthly includes quantities of government furnished material received, used, and deemed unusable. The contractor must submit consumption reports electronically within specified timeframes to the Army's Program Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Army Contracting Command seeking proposals for 5.56mm marking cartridges compatible with the Close Combat Mission Capability Kit. It is a single-award IDIQ contract with a minimum $3,000,000 guarantee over five one-year ordering periods. The cartridges will be sole sourced from Ultimate Training Munitions in the UK. The Army aims to provide realistic training through live-fire scenarios using these low-velocity marking rounds. Questions should be directed to the listed point of contact.
