About this file
This document comprises ODOT Standard RD Drawings that provide technical specifications and construction details for various road drainage and pavement infrastructure components applicable to the US199 @ Demaray Dr MP 2.33 Culvert Replacement Project in Oregon. The drawings include detailed installation specifications for pipe zones, trench backfill and bedding (RD300), street cuts (RD302), culvert details (RD319), manhole specifications (RD336), pipe-to-manhole connections (RD345), culvert identification markers (RD398), shared-use path pavement details (RD602), asphalt concrete pavement details (RD610), and pavement edge details (RD615). These standard drawings are effective from December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026, and are designed to be used in conjunction with project-specific plans and current Oregon Standard Specifications.
The project involves the removal and replacement of 135 feet of 24-inch culverts crossing under US199 and Demaray Drive. The new culvert will connect to an existing manhole on the shoulder within a multi-use path and daylight into the adjacent ditch. The standard drawings provide comprehensive guidance on pipe installation spacing, bedding materials, trench construction methods, manhole construction and connections, concrete invert channels, tracer wire installation, pavement restoration including asphalt and concrete specifications, and culvert drainage facility identification markers. All materials and construction methods must conform to current Oregon Standard Specifications, and designs must be reviewed by a registered professional engineer prior to implementation. These standardized details ensure consistency and compliance with ODOT requirements across the project scope.
