Building Population Estimates:

This cafeteria operated prior to the COVID-19 event, for the benefit of an average of approximately 1200 building occupants. In addition, the building had an average of approximately 1600 visitors during the day that attend short seminars, on-site meetings and other functions. These visitors have access to the cafeterias but may not necessary “overlap” the breakfast or lunch period. The building is open to Government employees that have a valid ID.

In the pre-COVID-19 period, the Agency estimates less than 5 percent of the federal employees listed above Telework a minimum of one day each week, and that less than 5 percent of the federal employees listed above work an alternate work schedule (AWS). AWS provides employees one day off (typically a Monday or Friday) every two weeks.

Updates to the evolving post COVID-19 event building population, visitor, telework and

AWS figures, will be available upon request and are anticipated to revise, as further return to work activities occur.

Government shall not be held responsible for any variation from this employee population figure since the extent of occupancy is not guaranteed. These levels are subject to change and vary according to Agency protocols, national pandemic event and other unforeseen occurrences.
