Appendix I
Procedures and Requires for Additional Services Billing and Payment
Additional Services outside of the Scope of this Performance Work Statement include but are not limited to Jury Meals and Catering. All requests for additional services are between the requesting POC and the Vendor. GSA is not responsible for additional services.
It is highly recommended that the Selected Vendor schedules a meeting with the Jury
Department for the US District Court - Eastern District of New York to review the requirements for Jury Meals. Similarly, the Selected Vendor is encouraged to develop a catering plan to include how requests are made and how they plan to bill for each service.
Please note that there is often a Government process for billing and payment. All jury meal requests that are requested and approved will be paid with appropriated funding from Congress.
Payment may take as long as 30 - 45 days. It is encouraged for invoices to contain the following information:
● Proposal/invoice number
● Date and Time
● Name of the Judge
● Number of Jurors
● Price per juror
● Total price
● Do not include Taxes or Gratuities
