The project involves replacing seven existing 16'2" x 16' overhead doors with ThermaSeal (TM220) Raynor Commercial sectional insulated steel garage doors and adding one new 28'2" x 16' ThermaSeal (TM200) Commercial Raynor garage door with a COH523 SSC Commercial Raynor Operator. The replacement doors shall feature 2-inch section thickness, 20 gauge exterior steel, NeuFoam polyurethane insulation (R-18.3), vinyl and EPDM seals, duplex 30,000 springs, heavy-duty hinges and rollers, and two rows of four clear insulated windows. The new door includes a three-button waterproof wall station and requires a 1.5 HP, 230 Volts, three-phase, 60 Hertz operator installation. The contractor must also relocate two lights obstructed by the new door, coordinate electrical work, remove and dispose of existing doors, and tie ten fabrication shop doors and nine truck repair shop doors to existing operators through appropriate electrical connections. Substantial completion is required by September 2, 2024, with final completion by September 16, 2024. Work shall be performed weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding weekends and state holidays unless approved.
