The project must be completed by June 30th, 2025, with work hours restricted to weekdays from sunrise to sunset, excluding holidays unless approved by the project manager. The location is at the US 26 & HWY 35 Junction Stockpile Site, with onsite staging equipment available as determined by the local Transportation Maintenance Manager.
The contractor must follow ODOT's 2024 Standard Specifications for construction and provide quality control and quality assurance, maintaining a minimum compaction requirement of 91% of MAMD. The contractor must submit an ODOT-approved asphalt mix design seven days before the pre-construction meeting and provide weigh slips for each load of ACP material. All quantities are estimated for bid purposes only, and ODOT reserves the right to adjust quantities as needed. No separate payment will be made for tack coat as it is considered incidental to the Level 3 ACP bid item. The document includes three images showing the project location, though their specific content is not detailed in the text.
