About this file
This document is an exhibit that outlines the specifications for shotcrete to be used in a state or local government contract. The shotcrete must be a Portland cement-based, micro silica modified, high strength material suitable for application to existing vertical or overhead substrates. Suppliers must provide manufacturer's product data, safety data sheets, and evidence of experience and nozzleman certification. The shotcrete must meet various ASTM and ACI standards for compressive strength, bond strength, flexural strength, chloride permeability, and sulfate expansion. Minimum laboratory and typical field performance requirements are provided for the specified shotcrete product.
The document does not provide details on the overall contract, such as the project overview, quantities, response due dates, award dates, or contract term. Pricing terms, funding information, set-asides, or incumbent contractors are also not included. This appears to be a technical specification for a particular material to be used in the larger state or local government construction project.
