About this file

This document is a Bid Sheet for Invitation to Quote (ITQ) #25-06, issued by a Florida County in cooperation with the Muscogee Nation of Florida for an Aquaponics System Installation project. The bid, submitted by AquaGrow Solutions, LLC, proposes a comprehensive aquaponics system for a 120' x 50' double-bay greenhouse, including four 800-gallon aquaculture tanks, seeding tables, growing troughs, plumbing, pumps, filtration systems, and water quality testing equipment. The project includes a complete system installation and a single on-site staff training session, with the quote due on an unspecified date and a bid validity period of 90 days from the submission deadline.

The total bid amount is $54,400.00, with itemized costs covering equipment, shipping, installation, and training. The bid includes a one-year warranty covering all parts and labor, with exclusions for damages from misuse or external factors. The pricing structure breaks down individual components such as tanks at $5,000 each, seeding tables at $1,200 each, and growing troughs at $900 each, with additional lump-sum costs for plumbing, installation, and training. The proposal demonstrates a comprehensive approach to establishing a fully functional aquaponics facility, with clear cost transparency and a commitment to meeting the county's operational requirements.
