About this file
This document is a Solicitation Addendum No. 1 issued by the Minnesota Department of Administration's Office of State Procurement for the DNR 2025 Forestry Statewide Meeting (SWIFT Event No. G0210-2000017162). The addendum, dated May 20, 2025, provides clarifications and responses to two submitted questions from potential vendors, with the solicitation response deadline set for May 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. CT. The addendum addresses two key logistical questions regarding the event: lodging arrangements and general session room capacity.
The first question confirms that the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will accept multi-bedroom lodging options where each attendee has a private bedroom and bathroom at a single occupancy rate. The second question clarifies that the General Session room must accommodate 450 people to enable group interaction and team-building activities, rejecting the proposed 350-person venue with an overflow video room. The addendum maintains that all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect, and vendors must acknowledge receipt by responding to the specified SWIFT Event number by the due date.
