About this file
The document is an Evaluation Criteria document for New Mexico State University (NMSU) related to the Arrowhead Soundstage Lease opportunity. The document outlines a comprehensive proposal evaluation process for leasing a Soundstage Complex, with potential respondents required to submit detailed proposals addressing seven key criteria: best value, management/booking plan, internship proposal, technical experience, production history, financial strength, and references. Proposals will be scored out of 100 possible points, with an additional potential 8-10 preference points for New Mexico resident or veteran-owned businesses.
The evaluation criteria emphasize the desire for a comprehensive production facility management approach, including specific requirements such as providing six paid student internships per production and demonstrating financial and technical capabilities in the media production industry. Respondents must submit financial statements, client references, and a certificate from the New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department to be considered. The scoring prioritizes the best financial value (25 points), management and booking strategies (15 points), internship opportunities (15 points), technical experience (15 points), and production history (15 points), with additional points available for local business preferences.
