About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for services to study two brackish aquifers in Texas. The RFQ is for Project 1, a study on the Ellenburger-San Saba and Hickory aquifers, and Project 2, a study on the Yegua-Jackson Aquifer. The RFQ states that the maximum total project cost for each of the two studies will not exceed $400,000.00. The RFQ includes a schedule of events with a proposal submission deadline of 5:00 pm CST. Respondents are required to submit separate Statements of Qualifications for each of the two projects, but are not required to pursue both.
The addendum provides clarification that the $400,000.00 project cost applies separately to each of the two studies, not a combined total. It also confirms that respondents can request a copy of the Estepp 1998 report mentioned in the RFQ. The contract opportunity is funded by the state of Texas and impacts the jurisdictions of Travis County and the City of Austin.
