About this file
This document is an addendum to RFP730-24030, a request for proposals from the University of Houston's Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership to create an interactive exhibit on the hospitality industry. The exhibit space is 42 by 29 feet and located in the Hilton College building. The addendum provides a question and answer session, branding information, and building blueprints. Key details include a lack of a definitive launch date, references to the branding standards available online, and details on the lobby renovation scope of work, including demolition, new finishes, furnishings, signage, and electrical work.
The contract opportunity does not provide specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding details. However, it indicates the University of Houston is seeking proposals from vendors to design and install the interactive exhibit space as part of the broader lobby renovation project.
