About this file

This document is an addendum to Request for Proposal (RFP) 730-24030 issued by the Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston in Texas. The RFP seeks to create an interactive exhibit that will showcase the college's hospitality program and its students and alumni. The project includes three interactive technology elements (Historical Timeline, World of Hospitality, and Faces of Change) and one large video board matrix, with the flexibility to consider different sizing options. The project is expected to be completed by February 2025, and the college is open to both providing the content for the exhibit or having the selected firm produce the content. Additionally, the college is interested in incorporating branded and storytelling static elements around the technology components.

The addendum addresses several clarification questions, including the project budget, which cannot be disclosed, and the availability of construction documents or pictures of the space, which will be provided during the site visit. The contract opportunity covers the jurisdictions of Harris County and the City of Houston in Texas.
