RFO # 304-24-1181KW

CPA’s Official Response to Questions from Potential Respondents February 14, 2024

1. What is the number of users who will be utilizing the training system/software?

CPA Response: In Section II, Part B. Background of RFO, CPA states that it “…currently uses 25 seat licenses…”. Per Price Schedule 3 of RFO, Optional Features, Products or Services, CPA is also requesting pricing for additional user licenses.

2. Under Scope of Services, section D.3, Item f, there is reference made to Agency Learning Management

Systems. Are these LMS's utilized by various departments of the Texas State Comptroller's Office, and is there an expectation that any training created in the new system/software be publishable to these LMS's?

CPA Response: Yes, Item f references several different LMS used within CPA. Yes, CPA’s expectation is that Successful Respondent’s Services “provide direct publishing to Agency Learning Management Systems”.

3. I was walking through this RFO and I didn't see any questions that are typical of an RFP/RFO (i.e. Does your company offer SSO services? Yes/No). Am I reading this incorrectly?

CPA Response: Part D.3 Licensed Software Functional and Technical Requirements, Item q references “Provide single sign-on capability via OKTA (SAML Connectivity)”.
