About this file
This document is a Cost Proposal Sheet for RFP 24-202 issued by the Brazos Valley Council of Governments (BVCOG) for Promotional Products. The RFP is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide promotional items to BVCOG's Public Sector Alliance (PSA) members, including government agencies, schools, universities, and certain non-profit organizations. The resulting contract will be available for use by local government agencies, certain state agencies, school districts, higher education, and non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations nationwide. Proposals are due by 3:00 pm CT on January 31, 2024.
The Cost Proposal Sheet requires vendors to provide their company name, website, the basis for their discount (e.g. MSRP, catalog pricing), the discount percentage, and a list of any additional fees that may be charged to the end user. The RFP notes that being awarded this competitively bid public sector cooperative contract could provide vendors with considerable potential sales value by allowing them to promote sales to governmental and educational entities without the need for the buyer to issue an RFP, thereby saving the buyer time and money.
