About this file

This document contains pricing attachments (Attachments B, C, and D) for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-049 Bulk Landscaping Materials issued by the City of Missouri City, Texas. The IFB is seeking bids from interested vendors to furnish and deliver various landscaping materials such as bulk bank/field sand, topsoil, mulch, compost, and decomposed granite in both bulk and bagged quantities on an as-needed basis over a two-year contract period. The estimated annual usage quantities for each item are provided, and the completed price sheets must be signed by an authorized representative and submitted with the bid. Bids are due by 3 PM Central Daylight Time on January 26, 2024 to the City Secretary's Office.

The pricing attachments detail the unit costs per cubic yard for bulk items and per 2 cubic foot bag for bagged items for both Year 1 and Year 2 of the contract. A separate delivery fee is also included. Bidders must submit the completed price sheets both in printed form and on a flash drive as part of the bid submittal requirements. The total bid price for Years 1 and 2, excluding the delivery fee, will be the basis for award.
