The City of Missouri City (“CITY”), Texas has issued this Amendment No. 1 to the above-referenced IFB for the purposes of answering the following Questions that were submitted to the CITY in writing per Exhibit A Procurement Schedule:

Question 1: Should we quote all items with a landed price versus the FOB rate + the delivery price? If we were to quote all line items as landed to 1919 Scanlin Rd. Missouri City 77489, the bid would be more accurate. For an accurate landed price, please refer to questions #2 & #3.

Answer 1: Quote your best price. Item 8 should reflect your turn-key delivery fee each time a delivery is made to the designated reference point.

Question 2: Is there 18-wheeler access for product delivery at the1919 Scanlin Rd.

location?

Answer 2: No. The drop location is suitable for dump trucks/trailers 20 yards or less in capacity.

Question 3: What size loads are expected 3. for each product?

Answer 3: Generally, bulk material is ordered in units of 10 yards per load. Bagged material by pallet.

All other terms and conditions specified in RFP 24-042 shall remain the same.
