About this file

This document is a project manual related to the Texas State University Jowers Building Reroof project in San Marcos, Texas. The project involves the removal of the existing roof membrane and installation of a new SBS 2-Ply roofing system, as well as related demolition, deck repair, insulation, flashing, and sheet metal work. The project is being bid through a Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process under CSP #754. The project manual provides detailed specifications and drawings for the scope of work. No specific bid due date or award date is provided, but the project is scheduled for construction in 2024.

The project manual indicates that the work is subject to the 2010 Uniform General Conditions for Construction Contracts. Pricing terms, set asides, incumbent contractors, and funding sources are not specified in the provided documents. The project appears to be a standalone roof replacement project for the Jowers Building on the Texas State University campus.
