About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by Texas State Technical College (TSTC) for an animated video creation platform. TSTC is seeking a qualified firm to provide an animated video creation tool that allows instructors to create engaging videos without appearing on screen. The RFP outlines the scope of services, including implementation, support, training, and annual renewal costs. Proposals are due on January 4, 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. TSTC reserves the right to conduct demos or interviews to further assess qualified candidates. The contract will be for one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year periods.

Pricing for the initial term must be fixed, and any annual percentage increases will require TSTC approval. TSTC requires a good faith effort to meet the state's Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) goals, and a HUB Subcontracting Plan is required if the contract exceeds $100,000. The RFP also outlines various security, accessibility, and compliance requirements the solution must meet.
