About this file
This document is an Exhibit D - Pricing Sheet for a Request for Bid (RFB) issued by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for armed and unarmed security guard services for HHSC facilities across Texas. The RFB seeks a licensed and qualified security guard company to provide on-site uniformed armed and unarmed plain-clothed security guards and dedicated patrol services on an as-needed basis. The procurement schedule includes a courtesy review of the HUB Subcontracting Plan due by December 19, 2023, a deadline for questions or clarifications by December 20, 2023, and a response deadline of January 8, 2024. The anticipated contract start date is the date of award.
The Pricing Sheet requests bidders to provide regular and overtime hourly rates for both armed and unarmed security guards, as well as emergency and disaster hourly rates. Bidders are instructed not to alter the Pricing Sheet and to include any additional pricing on separate company letterhead. The RFB is open to all qualified vendors, with no specific set-asides mentioned. Bidders are required to provide documentation of their experience, qualifications, financial capability, and ability to fulfill the solicitation requirements.
